To whom do you submit a there's report? To the CDC and or HHS. The wording on the CDC's website sounds like that of a psychopath. They use language of cognitive dissonance, for example, "possible,"
Reporting possible health problems (adverse events) after vaccination to VAERS provides valuable information.
So already, the first sentence of their instructions serves to deny, doubt, and question your claim, and by extension your symptoms. So up front, they're denying the existence of effects and putting you on the defensive with the word "possible." It's not possible. It's absolute. You would not have gone to the trouble to find where you need to report and how; you wouldn't have reached the CDC site or page if you weren't suffering from something and determined to address it.
