DIANA WEST: I am reminded today of Mayor Rudy Giuliani and his strong rejection of $10 million donation to NYC from Saudi's Alwaleed bin Talal following 9/11. Why? Because the money came with Islamic strings attached -- a sign-on to fealty to the jihadist drive against Israel and the wider West.
