On Saturday October 7th, Yom Kippur, Israel had a massive intelligence failure as we all know.  At this point, and likely the greatest one since the Yom Kippur War of 1973, there is a lot being said about where that intelligence failure came from.  I have some knowledge of this only because the venture capital in the Silicon Valley, and Israel has reached out to me three or four years ago and I started spending some time there meeting and Venture capitalists and entrepreneurs working on blockchain projects and stuff like this.  In that context, I've learned quite a bit about and I think certain things that are going on in Israel
