She'd rather talk about homosexuality and LBGTQ conduct in Uganda than mass murder in the Middle East, in the Ukraine, or the pending mass murder in Taiwan that she fully endorses. Like so many government programs that hide behind "It's for the children," Madam Secretary uses protections for homosexuals and LBGTQ to hide her depravity.
