GROCERY STORE INTERNAL MESSAGES: "Fact Coordinator please check the application, 101" is alerting management that food is not at safe temperatures

Not sure what stores are like in your neighborhood, but in my vicinity, I have heard this message more than once, "Fact Coordinator please check the application, 101."  No store employee is going to explain to you what this is; maybe, if you ask.

So what does "Fact Coordinator please check the application, 101" mean?

I asked online and actually got an answer.

Food At Safe Temperatures

It's a customer-friendly way of alerting management that food is not, in fact, at safe temperatures.

Or to put it another way, it means,

“Hey, your freezer is too warm.”  They announce over the PA, "Fact Coordinator please check the application, 101" because it is less alarming to customers.
