Lew, I was startled and amazed when I heard this portion of the coronation.
It was supposed to honor his late father Prince Philip of Greece, but I wonder if was also anciently sung for the Byzantine emperors?
It completely installed a sacred and mystical aura that has been missing for over 500 years in Westminster Abbey.
