MARTIN ARMSTRONG: The federal courts are STATUTORY, not Constitutional. The president can shut down all the federal courts. Only court he cannot shut down is the Supreme Court

Table of Contents from Armstrong's recent book, Creating World War III.

As I laid out in this report, Creating World War III, martial law was declared once in the United States during the 20th century. Because the president never challenged and endorsed it, it was in place for several years. I have also reviewed the Supreme Court decisions on this subject, and shockingly, martial law is valid if you also close down the courts.

Most people do not know the legal system very well since they are not taught the details in school, other than law school, to a minimal extent. The federal courts are STATUTORY, not Constitutional. The president can shut down all the federal courts. The ONLY court created by the Constitution that the president cannot shut down is the Supreme Court. All other courts exist at the PLEASURE of the government.

Okay, so I wished that Martin could parse out the differences in courts here.  I will try my best after searching the internet, noooooooooooooo!!!

Okay, So I found this,

It’s essential to understand how constitutional vs statutory law underscores the significance of these principles. While statutory laws are created by legislative bodies, they can never contravene the established constitutional mandates.  This interaction reveals the balance of power and the role of the constitution in safeguarding individual rights.

And there's this,

Statutory law refers to the body of law created by legislative bodies through the enactment of statutes. Unlike constitutional law, which derives its authority from constitutions, statutory law is rooted in the laws passed by legislative entities, such as Congress at the federal level or state legislatures at the state level. Understanding this process is vital for distinguishing between the realms of constitutional vs statutory law

Okay, so statutory refers to laws generated by legislative bodies, but they can never "contravene the established constitutional mandates."  Statutory law is rooted in the laws passed by legislative entities, such as Congress at the federal level or state legislatures at the state level.

MARTIN ARMSTRONG: I have warned that the Neocons are scared to death of Trump, and if RFK joins Trump as the Attorney General, as I have been arguing behind the curtain, they are desperate to start World War III before the election.

Indeed, Russia has an opportunity to now annihilate the entire invading force, including Americans, by deploying a small tactical nuclear weapon inside its own borders. Nobody can say anything about that, and Russia would be within its right to do so just as if Chinese, Russian, or North Korean private military invaded the United States.  --Martin Armstrong

Last June, Biden lifted the ban on American contractors sending mercenaries into Ukraine. When he lifted the ban on American weapons, allowing them to be deployed inside Russia, this was another step that de facto allowed these private American military operations to invade Russia pretending it is not the official United States. I have warned that the Neocons are scared to death of Trump, and if RFK joins Trump as the Attorney General, as I have been arguing behind the curtain, they are desperate to start World War III before the election.
The Neocons used Biden to circumvent Congress to create World War III, deploying private armies to negate Congressional approval.  --Martin Armstrong
Sources are reporting that Stephanie Holmes, the US ChargĂ© d’Affaires in Russia, was summoned to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to explain why Americans have invaded Russia with the invasion of the Ukrainian Army into the Kursk region.  By 2008, the US Department of Defense employed 155,826 private contractors in Iraq — and 152,275 troops. This degree of privatization is unprecedented in modern warfare. The Neocons used Biden to circumvent Congress to create World War III, deploying private armies to negate Congressional approval.

September has been a significant target on our computer all year for civil unrest and international war. Gold’s performance appears linked to this action, whereas silver and platinum have not responded. While gold may peak by next week, September remains a major Panic Cycle in many markets, including gold. Russia is certainly within its right to use whatever means necessary to eradicate this invading force. If it does not respond on its own territory, then it would only invite a full-scale NATO invasion.

These Neocons are traitors to the United States and the future of our nation, all for their personal hatred of Russians.

Ukraine didn't pick this fight.  They're not a sovereign actor.  It's never been a sovereign nation because of the ways the great powers have carved up the world.

Someone desperately wants WWIII.  They absolutely, desperately want WWIII.  Now that we know that, and accept that, no, this is about the big collapse of the West and how to sell it to their own people.  That's what this is about, and who is going to come out on top after the war is over.  But make no mistake, the whole phrase, "Build Back Better," well, build back better after what?  Certainly wasn't COVID.  Certainly wasn't COVID.  It was a collapse of the Western financial system, the post-WWII, Bretton Woods institutions, and post-Bretton Woods governments rolled up into the post-Bretton Woods transnational institutions.  That's what they're prepping for, and they know that the only way to get through that is to send everybody to war, because what does war do?  Does war create?  No.  War destroys.  It destroys economies, it diverts capital to destructive capacities.  Oh, yeah, the GDP numbers look great, but all you're doing is aggregating spending.  So we go into deficits,  and we spend a lot of money building bombs to destroy each other.  You can play accounting tricks and bamboozle people with statistics,

4:10  Why did Xi Jinping organize a call with Zelenskyy? It's the same reason why he's been organizing calls with everybody, which is to stop WWIII.  Because China and Russia both understand that the path to winning, not having a world war, is to draw this thing out as long as possible where they don't have to be drawn into it directly any further than they already are.  Because that's what the Russians have been doing.  This is part of the reason why the Russians have left an open area in Bakmut to allow more stuff to come in to destroy.  How do we grind up NATO's assets and give them the appearance that they have a chance at ousting us from the center of Ukraine?  Well, very simple: you make it look like you're incompetent.  Because that's the way it's been sold to the neocons.  I look at American media, and I look at American foreign policy wonks, and they all under a particular impression and that is that Russia doesn't know how to wage war in Ukraine.  Now, this is ahistorical, moronic on the face of it, then again this is what they're trying to sell to everyone.  Then there's the discord league or the new Pentagon Papers, and it's very clear what the biggest embarrassment was there.  Again, all of this is downstream from those leaks.  What did those leaks tell the world?  That the Dept. of Defense, the Pentagon, and the State Department were feeding the Foreign Policy decision-makers in the United States poorly sourced, open-sourced intelligence about the war in Ukraine.  And taking verbatim as gospel truth, handed down from the mount himself, God himself, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.  And they're writing policy based on this, and they don't actually need or care about the truth.  They just have a policy that they're on autopilot.  What have I been saying for the last 3 years?  These people have a policy and they're on autopilot since the opening of COVID.  So why are we surprised by this?  It's a good thing that Zelenskyy actually took the call from Xi Jinping.  Because what it also signifies, last point, is that Zelenskyy is comfortable enough now in his own skin, that he can have that call and not be lynched.  Because remember, he did go through a big purge of a lot of people a few months ago.  So, yes, I think the Pentagon leaks were also --they weren't talking to us, meaning the U.S.--they were talking to the Russians and the Chinese.  The Pentagon is like "We don't want to do this.  Get in there and stop this thing." That's the big message I took away from what was leaked because 90% of it we already knew.  So, now, what does it signify?  Who is it speaking to in the game of realpolitik and, of course, across the communications gap?

7:40, CryptoRich I wonder if some of the antiwar forces in the U.S. establishment also made it easier for Zelenskyy to have that call with China.

8:00, Krainer.  I think presumably we would have to be guessing here.  In one of Ray McGovern's interviews with Judge Andrew Napolitano, he said, "I think this is coming straight from [JCS Chairman] Mark Milley, or somebody very, very close to him."  And there was another general who was second in command at the Pentagon, unfortunately, I forget his name now, who in pretty strong terms reiterated that we don't want this to end up in a nuclear war.  Now, why is a faction of people in the West so desperate to continue down this road that is hopeless.  No one dreams any more than that they can prevail in Ukraine.  Why are they persisting?  And I think that the answer is that they are literally in the fight for their lives.  So, I always go back to what George Soros said at last year's Davos gathering when he said that this is a conflict between two government systems.  Soros said that it's between open societies versus closed societies, but it's actually the empire versus the rest of society.  And by empire, it's the imperial governance system, which is basically economic colonialism that wants to engulf the whole world.  And then you have essentially two economic-military-political powers that are capable of saying no and pushing back, which are Russia and China.  And for the empire, this could be sunset.  This could be the end of the road because they no longer have a new host.  And if China and Russia manage to maintain their alliance, then there's no way for the Western empire to prevail here.  And I believe that the alliance will preserve here because if you look at the way . . . I think Tom here was very right in saying that Ukraine didn't pick this fight.  And we mentioned Mentriarish, after the coup,

"if Putin does not become more aggressive, [the Russian hardliners] may indeed replace him [with a coup] by May and then holy hell will break loose."

Thank you to Martin Armstrong @ Armstrong Economics.

Washington is wielding its own array of pressures to paint Putin as a loser as Octavian did to Mark Antony.

If the US hands Zelensky long-range missiles, he will use them to attack mainland Russia and that will begin World War.

I kept thinking that the war in Ukraine would simply end and the country would be divided.  But it looks like NATO, i.e, the United States, wants war with Russia.  In fact, they want the war to conquer Russia.  Talk about your existential battles.  Martin Armstrong explains.

Russian Navy ships and submarines have suddenly left their base at Novorossiysk, in the Black Sea, en-masse.

This is highly unusual and many fear that this is a change in tactics. The Western Press keeps trying to paint Russia as losing the war so, quite frankly, they can get more people to volunteer to join the military if they think they are on the winning side.  There is no question that the US and Russia are waging the most intense confrontation since the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis. Our model on that confrontation aligned with our major war model showing that 2014 was the end of that period and the beginning of this new period as we head into World War III.

The hardliners are not happy in Russia and President Vladimir Putin is being pushed into a corner. Either he gets more aggressive, or there could be a coup by May. The hardliners are using nuclear threats and other escalations in what they know is now really a proxy war of the USA and NATO against Russia using Ukraine as the pawn they are willing to sacrifice. NATO troops will not venture in until the last Ukrainian dies on the battlefield.

Washington is wielding its own array of pressures to paint Putin as a loser as Octavian did to Mark Antony. The good news is that, so far, both strategies have been very carefully calibrated. The bad news is that America and Russia are still on a collision course because the end goal is actually to conquer Russia.

Sweden has now escalated its draft. Poland is building its army of up to 250,000 men. All of this is based on the expectation that Ukraine can reduce the Russian army and that will make it a cakewalk to invade Russia and drive tanks from Poland right into Moscow

Sweden was preparing by boosting military spending by around 40% over the five years from 2016 and doubling the numbers conscripted into the armed forces as it looks to beef up its defence amid growing tensions with Russia post-2014. Meanwhile, France, Italy, Latvia and Lithuania scrapped conscription as they concluded that large-scale defence was no longer necessary before 2014, but now they have all reversed policies.

The Joe Biden administration pledged to defend “every inch” of Nato territory. That has complicated matters for Putin to interfere with Ukraine’s supply lines through Romania and Poland. The Western Press keeps pitching the same propaganda that Putin is spiralling toward defeat in Ukraine and may not survive that outcome politically. Yet I know that the hardliners are there and if Putin does not become more aggressive, they may indeed replace him by May and then holy hell will break loose.

Putin is warning Washington as well as Kyiv that attacks on those territories are tantamount to attacks on Russia itself. The Biden administration has opted not to listen to anything from Putin and only seeks war instructing Zelensky to sacrifice his own people and to reject any peace talks whatsoever. If the US hands Zelensky long-range missiles, he will use them to attack mainland Russia and that will begin World War.

EVERY President throughout my entire life has always sought peace. The Biden Administration and NATO only talk about pushing war. NEVER have I ever witnessed such irresponsible leadership for . . .  "Climate Change."

Russiagate started off as a Clinton dirty trick to smear Trump. When he won anyway, it became an establishment scam to criminalize diplomacy with Russia.
