Frank Gaffney is joined by retired Plano Police Lieutenant Douglas Deaton to examine concerns about the East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC), its proximity to critical public-safety infrastructure, and the need for official scrutiny of Islamic centers and mosques.

And it's not an exaggeration at all what I'm about to say is that during bomb training days for example when the bomb team would be training, sometimes a SWAT team would be training, they'd be training within eyesight of that platform.  If one were intentionally trying to build an observation deck and or an elevated platform from which to potentially attack members of the bomb team and or the SWAT team and other police officers, one could not have selected a better location from which to do that.  --Douglas Deaton.

Douglas Deaton.

12:48.  Most everyone would agree that Yasir Qadhi is one of the most influential imams in the Western Hemisphere and certainly America in North America he's highly respected in Muslim and Islamic circles he travels the globe has evidence by his social media posts.

13:07.  He also has another gig as I understand it what is the Fiqh Council of North America.

13:14.  The Fiqh Council of North America their stated purpose if I recall correctly I'm not quoting chapter and verse but if I recall there stated purposes to spread Islam throughout the world if not to impose Islam throughout the world and it is absolutely Sharia based organization so he's either the chairman or the president whichever title he occupies there interestingly enough though Mr cottey also by his own admission . . .

13:48.  Before you move on the Fiqh Council of North America is a Muslim Brotherhood organization as I understand it and the role of these scholars in Islam and in Sharia implementation and enforcement is one of the reasons why I think it's fair to say that the guy who runs it which is Yasir Qadhi would be among the most prominent, if not actually the top Muslim Brotherhood operative in the United States that would be my guess.

14:18.  So the the best way I think to think about it is an affiliate.  In many cases, you'll see people like Yasir Qadhi will deny actual membership in the Muslim Brotherhood but then acknowledge their membership in organizations whose board of directors and or Founders are directly, directly extracted from, related to, or they are actually members of, the Muslim Brotherhood so the Fiqh Council is just one.  Yasir Qadhi a member of the international Union of Muslim Scholars which itself was founded by veteran member of the Muslim Brotherhood and it's part of directors it's largely members of the Muslim Brotherhood an actual member he's clearly an associate and an affiliate.

15:15.  I'm going to just stipulate that he is a member and a leading member at that but anyway the point is what you showed me in this house from the outside of course but from both sides of it was very Illuminating and frankly troubling tell us a little bit about this structure and its location, sir.

15:38.  So that was the very first house that was completed when they were building the development there at EPIC, East Plano Islamic Center.  They built this house before the mosque was built and again it's literally just a few feet from the property line next to the Plano Police Academy now that normally would not seem to be all that significant except for the fact that the rear of the house is built approximately 10 ft away from a large warning siren a public address warning siren and also has it has a second story balcony which is very large.  It's wide and it's deep, it's a broad platform which physically overlooked the controlled access parking lot where the Plano Police Department stored our bomb vehicles, our total containment vessel, our SWAT vehicles, and other important pieces of equipment. And it's one of those situations where it's not really possible to come right out and make an overt accusation, but anyone with common sense could look at that and say, "You know something.  That doesn't look right.  There is something out of the ordinary happening here."

17:33.  And that unfortunately part of the story that we want a probe more deeply with you, Doug: Location.  And I have to say the description of that warning siren I'm in its practically in the house and nothing goes off at least once a week unless there was some other motivations or as you say to have a firing position and this is to suggest that

JULIE PICKREN: CAIR — the terrorist-linked group Gov. Abbott has called out — sent a 2-page demand letter to rewrite Texas history with straight-up lies.

Texas State Board of Education member Julie Pickren just exposed it all. CAIR — the terrorist-linked group Gov. Abbott has called out — sent a 2-page demand letter to rewrite Texas history with straight-up lies:
• Claim 1/3 of American slaves were Muslim, enslaved for their faith • Remove Mayflower Compact & Columbus references • Erase George Washington’s Thanksgiving Proclamation & Prayer • Teach the Alamo was built to “honor Islam”
Who the hell are these terrorists to demand anything — let alone lies to rewrite American history? Pure insanity.
Hard NO. Deport them and protect our kids’ education. Texas will teach truth, not Islamist fiction. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ God bless Texas! . @Julie4TX.

Ali Akbar Court? In Josephine, Texas? Where are the Scotch-Irish? Where are the Minute Men?

Dear American, are you tolerant enough?  Are you too tolerant?  Be more tolerant.  Visit your local Museum of Tolerance.  When will you start organizing and then defend your nation, your history, and honor your civilization that brought you?  Reverse policies, and send these demons back to Hell.

Students lining up for polio vaccine shots at Kit Carson Elementary School in San Diego, 1955

1955, Students lining up for polio vaccine shots at Kit Carson Elementary School in San Diego.  Thank you to Lynn Thompson.

On the polio vaccine, see here.

The following pics come from the Texas Medical Center Library, TMC Library.

The following series is from the Victory Over Polio campaign, which set out to mass-vaccinate Harris County residents in July 1962.  It was sponsored by the Junior Chamber of Commerce [Jaycees] and the Harris County Medical Society.

All of these are from Institutional Collection 004, the Harris County Medical Society, box 1 of the “Victory Over Polio” series.

1962, Two bureaucrats wrapped in stats printed out from the computer with a running tally of numbers scrolled on the blackboard.  How innocent.  These two don't have a clue as to the contents of the vaccine.  These would be your official liars.  And TMC Library fails to identify them.  Talk about CYA.
1962, Ah, yes, bring in your local celebrity athlete [from Houston's Colt 45s] to really sell the poisons to the community.  Not even a number on his jersey to identify him.  Perfect.
1962, This scene here is remarkable in that it takes a public health concern and turns it into a party to normalize illness.  Nice.

1962, Vaccination stations were set up at area schools.

BREAKING: A few hours ago a massive fire took place at the Feather Crest Farm Chicken Plant in Brady, Texas. The company that owns this farm has been in business since 1968 and produces over 300 MILLION eggs annually.

Echos of 2022?  See the list below.  For a list of 2023 food destruction, check out this list.

Still no 12 or more chickens roaming your backyard?

Could Texas Survive as an Independent Nation?

in November, the real GDP for Texas grew at an annual rate of 4.9% in Q2, outpacing the U.S. growth rate of 2.1%. Its real GDP stood at $2.5 trillion in Q3 of 2023. Therefore, Texas is the world’s 8th largest economy. For context, Russia’s economy was valued at $1.862 trillion in nominal terms and $5.056 trillion in PPP. Texas has a larger economy than Australia, Spain, Italy, and Mexico, to name a few.

The severity of the migrant crisis may be new to those who do not live on a bordering state. Yet Texas has been grappling with this issue for years, resulting in countless calls for a secession from the United States or “Texit.” How would Texas manage as an independent nation?

SIZE AND POPULATION
Texas would be the 39th largest nation by land mass. Texas encompasses 268,596 sq. miles, roughly the size of France, and is larger than many developed nations including the United Kingdom.  Texas had an estimated population of 30,503,301 as of July 2023, making it the second-most populous state in the United States after California. Texas would be the 50th most populous country in the world.

ECONOMY
Texas has the second-largest economy in the United States behind California. In 2023, the Texas economy exhibited a mix of trends. While the state’s economic growth slowed in Q4, with job growth falling sharply in October and business activity contracting slightly in November, the real GDP for Texas grew at an annual rate of 4.9% in Q2, outpacing the U.S. growth rate of 2.1%.

MILITARY POWER
Texas alone boasts one of the best militaries in the world, with over 115,000 active duty troops. The Texas Military Forces, which include the Texas Army National Guard, Texas Air National Guard, and Texas State Guard, have a total size of 23,200 personnel and a budget of $1.851 billion as of 2023. In addition to the state forces, Texas is also home to about 70,000 U.S. Army personnel, 30,000 Air Force troops, and 8,000 Navy and Marines. Texas is home to 15 military bases and installations distributed across the state, with most of them clustered around San Antonio and Corpus Christi.

Texas has two nuclear power plants. The South Texas Project Electric Generating Station, located southwest of Bay City, Texas, has two Westinghouse Pressurized Water Reactors with a total capacity of 2,700 megawatts. The Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, located south of Fort Worth, Texas, also has two reactors with a total capacity of 2,300 megawatts. These two plants combined have an installed capacity of more than 5,000 megawatts of electricity and contribute to about 10% of Texas’ total energy generation.

INFRASTRUCTURE
While not always reliable, Texas has its own power grid, known as the Texas Interconnection. It is an alternating current (AC) power grid managed by the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), providing power to 90% of the state. Texas Interconnection is one of the three minor grids in the North American power transmission network, and the state has maintained as a separate grid for political reasons. The grid does not cross state lines and is not under federal regulation.

The state features more miles of public roads and freight rail than any other state, with 313,220 miles of public roads and 10,539 miles of freight rail. Additionally, Texas is home to the nation’s top airport for a number of domestic destinations.

Texas has a total of 393 airports available for public use, making it the state with the highest number of airports in the United States. Texas is a major hub for cargo and trade, with its ports moving more cargo than any other state. In 2020, Texas ports handled over 607 million tons of cargo, including 464 million tons of international cargo and 143 million tons of domestic cargo.

CONCLUSION
Texas could survive as an independent nation. Naturally, the United States would fight tooth and nail to preserve its second-largest economy. Based on the data, Texas has the resources to be an independent nation if permitted to operate independently.

"submit your cover letter to Mr. Paxton and Governor Abbott. Download the cover letter AND the Indictment Letter and mail it in this weekend." Ditto for California and Florida, as well as your state

Do one act that takes one whole hour to get done from start to finish, an action that says to yourself and to the state that you're not pleased with what they've been doing to you.  Just 1 act.  Takes one hour.  Treat it like an opportunity, because it is.
