"We've got small, mid-size, and large refiners all coming to the White House to meet with President Trump tomorrow because some of this has to do with supply chains." "There's a series of other red tape and regulations that have been added. In some states, literally, California designed to choke out refining of hydrocarbons in America. And of course, the world depends on those." "Our industries depend on them. Agriculture depends on them. National security depends on them."
