These cities love to rely on muscle and threats. Rarely do they operate by the law except by their own by-laws.

Second, two event managers.
Third, the event managers' supervisor.
Fourth, management company rep.
None of them know the law. They just rely on lying with each member supporting the lie. Amazing.
