The British city of Bradford, England has raised a flag of a non-existent state run by an organisation that is banned in the UK as a terrorist group.  Bradford is west of Leeds, and northwest of Manchester.  

Even if you're neutral on the war in Gaza between the Palestinians and the Israelis, though I don't know how you can be, yes, each state has a right to exist.  So does Britain as a sovereign representative government of the British people.  For any city in Britain to raise a flag belonging to any nation is a disgrace and humiliation, standard humiliation ritual.
