Trump is about to raise the H-1B Visa application fee from $1,000 to $100,000 and is ordering the Labor Secretary to change the WAGE LEVELS for H-1B jobs so they can't undercut Americans.

Okay, so you think this is a deterrent?  Guess again.  Asian Indians already know workarounds to the H-1B.  The L-1B visa - even more streamlined than H-1B.
