SAMA HOOLE: The Forks Over Knives creators [not doing well]

I'm sure there are other factors besides just meat over veganism, but, well, just eat more meat.  For snacks, eat pork rinds over potato chips or Fritos.  Keep tins of sardines on hand for intermittent protein, Omegas, and DHA.  Eat eggs for the sulfur [immune builder] and choline [brain and nerve health].  And beef is the preferred meat due to its wide spectrum of nutrients not found in other meats.
