YBROS1969: I just got my CAC scan results back with a score of ZERO aged 55. And I'm happy to say I've been pretty much #carnivore since the start of 2016. Plenty of red meat, saturated fats, lot's of salt and of course all the other meat based foods, like white meats and eggs.
