LOOKS LIKE REEDLEY, CA BIOWEAPONS LAB WAS WORKING ON VACCINES FOR DAIRY CATTLE, STEAK CATTLE, AND PIGS, IN OTHER WORDS, THE MEAT PRODUCTION. THEY'RE PUTTING VACCINES IN YOUR FOOD

Reedley, CA City Manager is Nicole R. Zieba, and it looks like that who is speaking.  She knew in December 2022 that the Fresno lab was a bioweapons lab owned and operated by the Chinese.  Our secret services, the FBI and

See the map.  Note the proximity between Fresno and Reedley, which is southeast of Fresno.

She says,

What we have is a situation that I know has completely surprised and shocked the public over the last two weeks as it's gone to the public and I'm going to address that in a minute for the general public that it's here now that we have discovered a Bio Lab let me tell you that it was, in fact, a very aware code enforcement officer, Jesalyn Harper, and she'll speak in a minute who noticed something out of place and she stopped and investigated and upon that began this and Pandora's Box of issues that included as we all now know biological infectious agents then freezers including lab chemicals pregnancy kids included all sorts of pregnancy kits covid test kits odd things along with as you also now know about a thousand white lab mice.  And so the process began within the days mere days of noticing this garden hose noticing that something was wrong and having conversations with our team we did notify the federal and state authorities and reached out for assistance on December 21, 2022, which is a very specific date that the Health Department and the City were told by the FBI and our federal partners that, "We need time to investigate.  This needs to stay [quiet]."  I was not even allowed to tell you all because you didn't know anything on December 21, 2022, upon further investigation we under I'm going to speed through this because most of the public that is sitting here has heard by now we actually have some copies of the Fresno Bee article which was very well done in terms of its accuracy and it's timeline so just to the public and accurate representation would be that article although I would be remiss if I did not include the valley times are own little paper is the one who broke the story I'm very proud of Darren the reporter and his excellent reporting on this to break that story so what we do have is a Prestige Biotech or a Universal Meditech or an inv or one of these shell companies who was temporarily stopping briefly along the way as they were waiting for their brand new $17,000  sq. ft. facility in Fresno to be built.  So they came under the cover of night into Reedley, did not approach the city in any way, did not get a city business license, and did not get a permit.  Moved in in the middle of the night because nobody even neighbors around speaking to local businesses that were around there knew of anything that was different with this building that has been vacant as long as I've been your city manager, which has been a while now.  So ultimately, as we move down this road, as we uncover this company, we know that we were simply a stopping point on the way to Fresno.  We could have easily just let them go on to Fresno but we stopped it.

A couple of phrases from her speech make me mistrust her.

One, she says they came under the cover of night, but that her code enforcement officer spotted them.  Hmmm.  Rarely do cities do heroic things.  More often, they're into cover-up.

Two, she presents herself, her "team," and federal partners as being proactive, effectively polishing her nails with this line, "We could have easily just let them go on to Fresno but we stopped it."

This report states that the company was formed by
"a group of Canadian and Chinese investors who have started a new business Universal Meditech Inc specializing in research development and assembly of diagnostic test kits used in dairy cattle reproduction" said Paul Saldana, President and CEO of the Tulare County Economic Development Corp.

Wow.  These guys do a decent job of journalism, citing a 2019 The Business Journal article on the company moving into Tulare County.

The company had been around a lot longer than the city manager cared to say.  According to House Speaker, Kevin McCarthy, the company received PPP loans [Covid-19 loans] back in 2020 and in 2021.  Things are not adding up.
