Carnivore diet is a bit of a misnomer. It's an elimination diet. Eliminate plants, all of them, and replace them with beef. Doing this first heals your colon by shrinking and dissolving the cellulose lining along your intestinal wall. Think of your gut as a gatekeeper to the rest of the organs in your body. You remove the cellulose lining, it means your organs function better. The muscles attached to the colon strengthen as do other muscles of your core. All foods produce cellulose in your body, even meat. But with plants that's all that plants are--cellulose. Fruits exhaust your liver. Plants not only have natural chemicals in them to prolong their existence and their seed, but they also carry pesticides. So it's too risky. Beef is the cleanest way to go on the carnivore diet, er, elimination diet.
