WHY the Shiloh Hendrix Conviction is UNCONSTITUTIONAL! https://t.co/xSCQO5tcBh

Shiloh Hendrix incident occurred in April 2025, no criminal summons until August 2025.
3 Judges on this case.
1) Pam King. Case gets assigned to her, and that judge says that she doesn't want anything to do with this. Pam King gets herself removed from the case on her own initiative. But Minnesota has more judges. No big deal. They simply reassign it to another judge.
2) Katherine M. Wallace recuses herself from the case. Assigned the case in November, and by February she's off.
3) Christa Daily. Why 3 judges to get this case started?
A real hero in the coverage of this trial has been Tom Hennessey. He was in the courtroom everyday. Was in touch with the defense attorney, Brian Karalus.
Shiloh Hendrix had no opportunity to confront her accuser, which is her constitutional right. The videographer was not at the trial. In fact, he had gone back to Somalia last year.
24:00 Why do we have to look beyond the plain language of the statute? Because the plain language of the statute is unconstitutional. It criminalizes mere speech.
