Eric Feigl-Ding's tips to avoid contracting bird flu: 

Do not drink raw milk. Drinking raw milk extremely dangerous. Milk has very high levels of these viruses. And 20% of all commercial milk have the virus found. So don't drink raw milk. Also raw cheese...don't eat undercooked eggs. Try to avoid undercooked beef, raw beef, raw steaks for a while until we know more. But definitely avoid the raw milk.
