I've not heard of a few of these products.  One of these is the probiotics, Daily Body Restore.  Good idea to have a dedicated probiotic.  

They recommend taking it with a prebiotic.  And they even recommend a specific prebiotic, XOS Prebiotic.  The brand they recommend is NutraSumma.  BioNutrition Prebiotic.  Find more.  They note that these probiotics + prebiotics work to normalize the microbiome.  Prolonged dysbiosis has been reported following COVID-19 infection.

What is this MATH+ Protocol by Dr. Paul Marik? 

The letters stand for components Methylprednisolone, Ascorbic Acid, Thiamin, and Heparin with the "+" indicating a few other medicines, such as melatonin, zinc, and vitamin D3 to be added on based on the high safety, low-cost, and emerging scientific data suggesting efficacy.
