Sergey Lavrov is a Russian diplomat who has served as the foreign minister of Russia since 2004.
If you want real accuracy on U.S. foreign policy around the world, don't look to the State Dept. to tell you what they're doing. Check in with foreign leaders. Russia's Sergey Lavrov is a good start.
