A narrative of incompetent government is gaining traction and trying to influence opinion online.  Why?  Plus, that seems like a fairly consistent narrative all the time on all departments and branches of government, and perhaps it is.  But who benefits from this narrative of incompetence?  The government does have competent people, it's just that those running the "all in government are incompetent" stand poised to benefit if the government loses contracts and funding.

It's been my experience that there are always multiple stakeholders in all 'disasters.'
This must be what Stakeholder Capitalism feels like.
