MARTIN ARMSTRONG: Thankfully, politicians in the US are beginning to wake up to the realization that the climate change agenda will not benefit their constituents. America avoided being swept into the globalist vortex the moment Kamala Harris lost the presidential election.

Thank you to Martin Armstrong's "Fossil Fuel Car Ban Blocked," May 5, 2025, @ Armstrong Economics.

This will cause all vehicles to be dependent on the electrical grid, which the government controls. Yet, they never planned to stop at electric vehicles. They want full control over you and where you go. It was announced at the 2023 Summer Davos that the ultimate goal is to end 75% of ALL car ownership, including electric vehicles, by the year 2050.  --Martin Armstrong

A month before exiting the office, Joe Biden inserted a measure permitting California to ban gas-powered vehicles by 2035. Thankfully, the measure was overturned with bipartisan support in a 246 to 164 vote, with 35 Democrats breaking with party lines to overrule the ban.

House Majority Whip Tom Emmer, R-Minn., said, “There is no reason the radical climate policies of California should regulate the entire American population and rob every American of consumer choice.”

California’s Gavin Newsom fully supported the ban. The Advanced Clean Cars II rule would prohibit ALL gas car sales by 2035, at a time when the average American cannot afford an electric car or maintenance on an electric vehicle. Beginning in 2026, 35% of new autos sold in California would have been required to produce zero emissions. By 2027, 51% of all new cars would have been electric, and that amount would have risen to 68% in 2028, followed by an all-out ban on gas-powered cars in 2035.

California does not have the infrastructure to support such a measure. The California Independent System Operator has repeatedly called for a “voluntary energy conservation” during holiday weekends as they are concerned the power grid cannot handle the volume. California may be in the spotlight, but countless Democrat-run states were on board with the ban. Washing state, for example, had a target to ban gas car sales by 2030. Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, and Rhode Island were also considering restrictions on fossil fuel car sales by 2035.

This is part of a broader globalist trend to restrict the freedom of movement, citing fossil fuels as the reason for enhanced government control. The World Economic Forum (WEF) blatantly said that private car ownership should follow the fossil fuel ban.

Goodbye car ownership, hello clean air: welcome to the future of transport,” the WEF published on its website back in December 2016. The first step is to transition cars to electric under the guise of climate change.

Schwab claimed that eliminating private car ownership could slash CO2 emissions by 3.9 billion tons per year. As a reminder, everyone flew on private jets and was chauffeured in limousines to Davos – they do not care about the environment in the slightest. There is a much darker motive at play that the public needs to realize. Free transportation will be provided in these 15-minute cities where most of the population will reside. Everyone will have a digital ID and social credit score. This is NOT about climate change — the goal is to eliminate the freedom of movement.

Thankfully, politicians in the US are beginning to wake up to the realization that the climate change agenda will not benefit their constituents. America avoided being swept into the globalist vortex the moment Kamala Harris lost the presidential election. The Trump Administration has taken numerous measures to overturn Biden-era globalist measures, such as leaving the WHO, but make no mistake that the unelected elites who control governments are eager for the world’s leading superpower to join their ranks again, and the battle against them will be ongoing.

REP. SCOTT PERRRY: Because they're grifting, like you are, Sir.

Much of the climate details are over my head, but the best part of this interaction comes at the 4:25 mark.

DR. DAVID MARTIN: Why Are There So Many Fires? Land Reappropriation. And the best way to reappropriate land is to have a fire. That has been the case since the Old Testament.

this is not a new thing.  This has been around for thousands and thousands of years.  When humans cannot win on a fair playing field,  they use fire.  And they use fire to destroy an old appropriation of land and reappropriate it to a new use.  There's no question that that's what is going on in Canada right now is a massive, massive, massive land grab where the state will come in and in its largesse propose new development of what?  Of things that will be pro-state.  --Dr. David Martin
The Dust Bowl and the Great Depression happened together because industrial agriculture wanted to close down the family farm.  Now that's an objective fact.  If you go back and look at it, we didn't have climate change, we had a manufactured financial crisis that did not affect family farms but was taken from the large corporate banks and infected the family farm banks which gave rise to the incapacity for farmers to farm.  The Dust Bowl was a banking crisis.  It was not an environmental crisis.

If you look at the bizarre nature right now of the people who are administering the campaign of terror on CO2 emissions and you're watching them let forest fires be started and burn with impunity, you sit back and go, hold on a minute, I thought carbon dioxide was bad.  So why are we increasing the carbon dioxide by taking trees out of circulation?

The answer is land reappropriation.  That's what it's about land reappropriation. That's not a human recovery.  And by the way, as much as Maui may or may not be the sum of a series of electrical failures, there is no question that the power systems in Maui were not managed to diminish the risk of fire.  We will not say, and I will not say, they necessarily intentionally set them.  I'm not going to get into that conversation.  What I will say is that very simple safety protocols, like if lines are down, don't send energy back into a downed line.  Those kinds of things were not done.  So, were some of those fires without question at least negligently set?  The answer is without question.  The answer is unambiguous.  And BTW, even NPR talks about that evidence.  So the fact is that we know we have a situation where . . . this ongoing campaign of terror is about reallocating, redistributing, and reappropriating resources into state control.  There's no question that that's what happened in Maui.  There's no question that that's what's happening in Canada, and there's no question that that's what's happening with fires going on all around the world, remarkably in places where climate change activists say they're the most concerned with climate change.  They're pumping CO2 into the air.  So this hypocrisy is necessary to create cognitive dissonance.

Whitney Webb on the Elites Trying to Enslave Human Beings

I cannot stand Glenn Beck.  Mr. Vague, Mr. O-So-General.  Mr. Controlled Sincerity.  Mr. Soft-Peddling, Mr. Redirect you over here because getting too specific is scarwee.

I liked what she said that the elites want to destroy the creative, productive energy in each of us to create a class of zombie workers.  And that by no stretch of the imagination is Klaus Schwab the only diabolical figure of his kind.  There are hundreds of organizations with a young cadre and who seek private/government relationships.  It's clear that the only people who have a chance at fighting back against the international gangsters who want to digitally and technically enslave us is the productive class.  If you produce something, then the burden falls on you to stop this desire by the elite to control every aspect of our lives to the point we end up as drone bees.

Quote from the Club of Rome is the biggest enemy of humanity is man.  And furthering that narrative, "it's not the corporations that pollute, even the U.S. military  by climate change metrics, the biggest contaminator is not about those guys, it's just about the 'regular' people."  It's really about controlling how much energy people can use.  And if you control how much energy a household can use, you control their economic activity and you also control how big their family can get.  Ultimately, that's what it's about: controlling all aspects of your life.  It's not about the environment with these people.  A lot of Climate Change is Wall St. driven.  If you look at the United Nations, a lot of the people they put in charge of Climate Change policy, you have Mark Carney, the former head of the Bank of England and of the Bank of Canada.  He's one of the guys that came into rescue HSBC when they were caught money laundering for Mexican drug cartels. Not exactly a "good buy" and unlikely that he's driven by concern about the environment.  And then the other person is Michael Bloomberg, former mayor of New York and billionaire guy, and these are the people crafting the solution to climate change?  Just like COVID, you don't have time to think about what we're telling you.  You just have to accept these solutions because if you don't, something really, really bad with happen.  It's fear-driven to get people to accept policies they otherwise wouldn't accept because they're told that this cataclysmic event is just down the line.  And "trust us" is the conclusion of these fear-driven programs.  Look for the messaging.  It usually sounds a lot like, "trust us.  We're the experts."

There's people that agree with climate change, and people that don't.  Solutions to climate change are coming mostly from Wall St. in things like carbon markets.  There are things like debt for climate swaps, which back in the day used to be debt for land swaps.  Then you have Larry Fink of BlackRock and Michael Bloomberg and Mark Carney coming together in something like G fancing(?) why don't we give Wall Street direct control of the IMF and the World Bank for Climate Change?  How can anyone on the Left that's worried about Climate Change sign off on that?  Why don't they talk about planting trees?  Why isn't Bill Gates, the largest private landowner in the United States, planting trees like crazy if he is so worried about carbon dioxide?  He poo-poos the whole idea of planting trees to fight climate change.  It's just carbon markets and converting to electric vehicles, but electric vehicles necessitates mass mining for rare elements.
