"Science has identified dozens of signs that a friend or family member may be radicalized." What to look for . . . . Where have I heard this before?

This is a version of Janet Napolitano's "If you see something, say something" following 9/11, effectively deputizing the citizenry into junior intelligence officers . . . albeit unpaid.  You know, volunteer work. 

Her name is Rebecca Kitteridge.  She is Director-General of Security of New Zealand and obviously part of Five Eyes.
