Manufactured information at the very important juncture.  The first thing I went to look for when I got this document, Fauci's Diary, was our favorite date, February 4, 2020.  The reason that date is so important is because we know that that's the date to which the PREP Act declaration for COVID emergency which was issued in March 202 was backdated.  The reason it was backdated to that date was because there were major announcements both internal and external from the US government about Operation COVID.  I published a leak of internal Astrazeneca discussion where the CEO of Astrazeneca and Vice President of Monoclonal Antibodies discussed this date, saying that they received the phone call from DARPA, Defense Advanced Research Project Agency of the Department of Defense, telling them that COVID is a national security issue, "has been classified as a national security threat and they need to switch to COVID products."  Because PREP Act covers pharmaceutical companies for any liabilities with respect to COVID countermeasures that they're manufacturing.  So no matter how many people that they kill and injure with their products, they're completely absolved from liability.  For that reason, it was very important for the US government to cover pharma companies from the moment
