The movie was designed to make American audiences think of anyone critical of border policy a Nazi and racist and or white supremacist, any combination that helped forge collective shame for not rolling out the red carpet for the invaders. The movie tried to cast the old right and anyone on the right, critical of government policy, to make them out to be closet Nazis. Talk about censoring the white population. And once Hollywood had whites ashamed, it was easier to dump on them the script of intolerance to reduce them to depraved folks. Ah, the late 90s, you've got to love them. Remember that this all coincided with the sanctuary cities that were building across the country to take in asylum seekers from Latin American countries, like Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, Guatemala, and others who were emerging out of the revolutions and civil wars of the late '50 and early 1960s.
The movie is Ed Norton's 1996, American History X, and you can parse the meaning of that title a few ways. One, the X stands for a target. And American History is that target. American history certainly has taken a hit by Marxists who've instructed Americans to be ashamed of the history of the country you've inherited.

Well it's Americans who are tired and hungry and poor. And I say until you take care of that close the fucking book.
I see this shit going on and I don't see anyone doing anything about it, and it fucking pisses me off.
