Cancer cells have 10x more insulin receptors than normal cells. They're glucose-dependent. They ferment glucose even in the presence of oxygen (Warburg Effect). Ketogenic diets: - Drop blood glucose by 30-40% - Lower insulin by 50-70% - Starve cancer cells of their primary fuel - Force them to attempt mitochondrial respiration (which they're bad at) Normal cells thrive on ketones. Cancer cells can't efficiently use them.

Why isn't this standard oncology protocol?
