It's simply astounding how many Immigration Lawyers lie daily. They fabricate anything to demonize ICE and vilify the agents. So far without even doing a deep dive we've got her on a 3 lies!!! So much for integrity I guess. 1-How the encounter started. She said the first contact was a sideswipe with no lights, and that he didn't know it was ICE. The off-duty detective's dashcam shows a traffic stop with lights on and agents talking to him at his window, followed by a vehicle pursuit. Lie 2-Denied medical care. He was taken to Dell Seton on Sunday. By her own account he went back to a hospital Monday evening, was treated with a morphine drip, and was returned to Pearsall around midnight with ibuprofen and Tylenol. Lie
3-The bullet. Her posts framed the lodged bullet as ICE mistreatment. Elsewhere she said doctors chose not to remove it because the bullet was too close to his spine but argued it was reckless to release him from the hospital that quickly. That makes it a medical decision. DHS says "ICE does not and would not advise, nor be the authority on, a medical procedure.
