Robert Roberson, 57, a Texas man, lost his 2-year-old baby girl in 2002 due to the harmful complications from childhood vaccines his daughter was given when he was a young father, and the police charged him with his baby's death. The chief investigator charged Roberson with "shaken baby syndrome," a now-debunked diagnosis. Why debunked now? Because the real culprits are the vaccines. So why indict a young father for a horrifically violent act that goes against everything natural that a living father would do? Because the vaccine manufacturers needed a ruse, a trick, a lie, that the industry could pin on parents to protect the vaccine makers from liability over known serious physical harms that destroy the spirit. We have failed as a species. But we will rise and we will fight. Lawmen are always out to put young men, and old men, in jail. And if Roberson is executed today, Brian Wharton, the lead detective in the case, could suffer lifelong depression for being responsible for Roberson's conviction. Young men don't know that the deck is stacked against them.
Robinson is an incredibly kind man and the detective who got him convicted as a murder deeply regrets this horrific tragedy of justice.
