Maybe. But it'll take 10 to 15 years to sue and be awarded damages, and while Pfizer may pay $100 billion in damages, the company will have already grossed $300 billion or more.  In other words, they've already earned their profits.  And part of their business plan, I am sure, already has a certain percentage set aside precisely for damages.  All of the biotechs that manufacture vaccines ought to be litigated into extinction.
