The father, Attie, had 151 stab wounds. A pathologist said he had been tortured to death. His wife, Wilna, suffered lacerations to her head and was shot in the neck. Their two-year-old girl, Wilmien, had a cut to her head made with a sharp instrument before she was shot in the back of the head at close range.
