Great points here, I canceled my @Amazon prime subscription and have used them probably three times in the last couple years. Instead, I’ve used eBay hundreds of times for purchases.

I wasn't even aware that TikTok had a shop called TikTok Shop. And Sam is correct, the only to move away from giants like Amazon is to use smaller platforms, like eBay, Facebook/Marketplace, Shopify, and others.
