EATING TOO MANY OF THESE CAN PRODUCE OXALATES: Spinach, chard, beetroot, buckwheat, and many nuts and seeds.

This was interesting.

Eating too many foods high in oxalate, which includes spinach, chard, beetroot, buckwheat, and many nuts and seeds.

Consuming in excess of 500mg of Vitamin C per day as vitamin C increases oxalate in the body.

It's interesting to me because nutritional journalists that have helped recommended taking 1,000 to 1,500 mgs of vitamin C every 4 hours.  I wonder if some of my conditions were the result of too much vitamin C.
