Want to Make a Healthy, Tasty Snack?

Take a half a cup of plain yogurt.  Cut up half a Granny Smith apple and add it to the yogurt.  Sprinkle turmeric over the yogurt and cut-up apple.  Top with a few walnuts.  It is a fantastic snack.  It also works to revive your intestines after a cleanse, if that is what you're looking for.
